@ SUMMER BRIDGE
So much of our life is mediated by digital platforms and tools, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Because of this it’s often hard to look at technology critically, or see how much we are shaped by it.
In the Summer Bridge Digital Media Arts class, students used technology as a tool in their art making practice. The goal of this course was teach students how to create their own digital artifacts, and to teach them practical skills that they can use outside of the classroom.
Over the course of the summer we worked collaboratively on a TYPFACE, created our own GIFs, and began the process of designing websites!
